  • You call them

  • You provide link to their email address.

  • ZOOM - AJO account on AFD.

  • SKYPE - your dedicated AJO skype address.

  • The client provides the meeting link for a video call in the Acuity Info. You join via that.

  • They direct dial you on their own video/call platform, using your gmail or most commonly a MOBILE PHONE NUMBER

Review booking information, check clients name etc.

Remember the call starts recording automatically and the client will see and hear anything you do or say from this moment on in their recording.
